Job Description:

SwiftWall® is an innovative manufacturer of temporary walls and barriers and is looking for a motivated manufacturing technician who can assist in all phases of SwiftWall’s production and installation process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Produce SwiftWall products using spray adhesives, rollers, and routing machines
– Unload, inventory, and organize materials
– Feed our manufacturing by having materials staged and prepared on time
– Package and load finished goods for delivery
– Install and uninstall at jobs sites

Required Skills and Capabilities:
– A willingness to learn new tasks
– Ability to operate, or learn to operate, heavy equipment and machinery
– Must hold a valid driver’s license and ability to earn a chauffeur’s license in the future
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and 75 lbs on a periodic basis
– Ability to stand and walk, throughout entire shift
– Strong communication skills

Job Description:

The SwiftWall® Team has established a Team Administrative Assistant role to optimize team effectiveness reporting to the CEO. SwiftWall is an innovator in the temporary wall and barrier market serving customers in all North America. This position is awesome for an early career candidate who is anxious to learn and gain experience in a very dynamic growth company. A passion to learn and help others to succeed is valued more than knowledge in this role. The fundamental admin skills are essential, and the SwiftWall team will provide the job specific training. The admin assistant will assist the CEO and all team members by providing seamless communications, organizing the workplace, administering human resource functions, supporting business and accounting functions, coordinating information technology, managing and supporting assigned projects, and taking the initiative to improve team effectiveness when possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Provide a communication bridge between the SwiftWall team and the world by responding to phone calls, assisting with online communications, serving customers (internal and external), and solving problems

– Support accounting and financial function including payroll, invoicing, financial activities, collections, taxes, and order processing.

– Assist in coordination of hiring, onboarding, orientation, documents, training, NDAs and noncompete, benefits and payroll

– Support the sales function as needed to route phone calls and support sales activities
– Provide internal meeting and appointment scheduling
– Assist with travel, support events, issue employment ads, memos, data collection, data entry, and reporting.
– Need to become expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
– Assist with shipment of samples and mail

– Manage the workplace including greeting and assisting walk-in visitors/deliveries, coordination of custodial/cleaning needs, buying supplies, ordering and inventory control of office, mail collection and distribution, team calendar management, policy and procedure writing assistance

– Run errands, stock pantry and food areas
– Coordinate with our IT experts to manage the network, including coordinating program access and security, troubleshooting network reliability, improving IT performance, arranging and providing training, monitor and maintain computer/internet/network systems

– Monitor social media/digital advertising to support the team including looking for customer feedback and other topics

– Manage assigned projects including planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, communications, etc.

– Support key meetings by participating and communicating outcomes with effective minutes and action plans

Required Skills and Capabilities:
