Sales Growth and Customer Engagement

  • Generate New Sales Opportunities – Own the lead generation process through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Build a deep understanding of construction processes and facility needs to position SwiftWall’s unique advantages effectively.
  • Consultative Selling and Customer Needs Analysis – Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer pain points and provide tailored, high-value solutions. Perform cost-benefit analyses and highlight the long-term ROI of SwiftWall systems.
  • Achieve Sales Targets – Own your success. Close deals and meet/exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas. Navigate sales cycles with resilience, persistence, and creativity.
  • Account and Relationship Management – Go beyond transactions—build trust and long-term engagement. Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site supervisors to executives.
  • Conduct Virtual Product Demonstrations – Leverage digital tools to deliver engaging, high-impact virtual presentations and site visits.
 

Sales Execution and Strategy

  • Optimize CRM and Database Management – Keep your pipeline sharp and data-driven. Track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software to ensure all information is current and actionable.
  • Partner with Channel Partners – Collaborate to expand our reach and close deals efficiently.
  • Industry Expertise and Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine product knowledge to position SwiftWall as the leading solution in the market.
  • Professional Development and Networking – Engage in sales training, industry events, and networking opportunities to refine skills and grow market presence.
